Most Social Media sites don’t seem to have longevity and even more seem to even escape our attention altogether. But Twitter celebrates a monumental feat this week by turning 7 years old. The number 1 micro-blogging site can teach us a lot about social media strategy with its own historical strategy. The company which allows community users to tweet 140 character messages and embraces the use of hashtags for organizing and following content has made some interesting moves in its 7 years.
